Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Since YumSvit is a digital SaaS service with immediate access granted upon payment, refunds for subscriptions are not provided.

By paying for a subscription, the user explicitly waives the right to a refund in accordance with digital service terms.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in profile settings. After cancellation:

• Access to the paid plan is retained until the end of the paid period
• Automatic renewal does not occur
• Funds for unused remainder are not refunded

3. Exceptional Cases

In case of technical failures on our side that prevent service use — contact support, and we will review the situation individually.

5. EU Consumers' Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, EU consumer rights legislation grants you, by default, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

By making a purchase through Paddle, you give your express consent to immediate access to the paid feature of the Service and acknowledge that, as a result, you lose the right of withdrawal for digital content you have already accessed, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

If access to the paid subscription has not yet been activated, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days — contact us or Paddle directly.

6. Role of the Payment Provider Paddle

All payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd — the authorized reseller (Merchant of Record) of our digital products. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, issues invoices, collects applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax), and processes payments independently.

Payment and refund requests are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com. In disputed cases, Paddle may decide on refunds at its own discretion in accordance with its policy.
