1. General Provisions

YumSvit ('Service', 'we', 'us') is a platform providing AI recommendations for choosing dishes at restaurants. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you disagree — please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

YumSvit provides the following services:

• AI analysis and comparison of restaurant dishes
• Nutritional analysis based on dish ingredients
• 브라우저 확장 프로그램을 통한 모든 레스토랑의 요리 분석
• Personalized nutrition recommendations

3. Registration and Account

A registration is required to use paid features. You must:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

4. Subscription and Payment

YumSvit offers the following plans:

• Free plan: 3 AI requests to get started (one-time, no expiry)
• Starter: 15 AI requests per day, monthly subscription
• Pro: 35 AI requests per day, monthly subscription

Payments are processed via Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

All payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for invoicing, collecting taxes (VAT/sales tax), and processing payments in accordance with its own terms for buyers.

5. Prohibited Use

The following are prohibited:

• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to hack or bypass security systems
• Automatically generating requests (bots, scripts)
• Reselling or transferring account access to third parties
• Collecting other users' data or Service content through automated means (scraping) without written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All service content (design, code, logos, texts) is owned by YumSvit. AI responses are generated for personal use and may not be commercially resold.

7. Limitation of Liability

YumSvit is not responsible for:

• Accuracy of dish information (data depends on restaurants)
• Nutrition decisions made based on AI recommendations
• Temporary service unavailability
• Acts or omissions of third parties — payment systems, AI providers, hosting providers

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without any warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or meeting the user's specific expectations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the new terms.

10. Age Restrictions

The Service may be used by individuals aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, you may use the Service only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

11. Suspension and Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or delete the account of a user who violates these Terms, without prior notice and without a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account in the profile settings.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages of hosting providers, payment systems, or AI providers, power or internet outages, or actions by government authorities.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with general principles of good faith and reasonableness. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights granted to you under the law of your country of residence.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court at the user's place of residence (for consumers) or at the Service's place of business.

Payments are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as the authorized reseller (Merchant of Record) and applies its own terms for buyers regarding payment, taxes, and refunds.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the use of YumSvit.

15. Territorial restrictions

The Service is available to users worldwide, except the russian federation. We do not provide services to, accept payments from, or support accounts of users located in the russian federation.
